MailMerge Workbench for Contract Renewal Letters

When contracts are due to expire, you can generate renewal letters for customers that are based on existing contract information. You use the MailMerge Workbench to set up the contract renewal documents. The MailMerge Workbench is an application that merges Microsoft Word 6.0 (or higher) word processing documents with JD Edwards JD Edwards EnterpriseOne records to automatically print business documents such as contract renewal letters. The MailMerge Workbench enables you to add or change text in the contract renewal letter, to create new documents, and to delete documents.
