Glossary Text

This section discusses glossary text and text substitution.

Glossary text is used to describe regular data items or to define the text for messages and processing option help. There are two types of glossary text:

• Data item glossary text.

• Glossary item glossary text.

Both glossary text types have User Defined Code (UDC) values that further categorize them into glossary groups.
