Entering Cost Object Information on Multiple Vouchers

Access the Multi-Voucher Entry form.

To enter cost object information on multiple vouchers:

1. Complete the steps to enter multiple vouchers for a single supplier on the Multi-Voucher Entry form.

2. Complete the following fields in the detail area:

   • Object Type 1

   • Cost Object 1

   • Object Type 2

   • Cost Object 2

   • Object Type 3

   • Cost Object 3

   • Object Type 4

   • Cost Object 4

   • Item Number

3. Click OK.
