Company Address Book Records

For T5018 forms, both payer and transmitter companies exist. The transmitter company is the company that sends the T5018 data to the CRA. An electronic file often contains several payer companies, but it can have only one transmitter company. You should review the company address book record for each payer company to ensure that it contains the correct mailing name, address, contact name, and so on.
