Understanding T5018 Workfile Record Review

After you use the Build T5018 Workfile - A/P program to build the F046141 table, you can review the records by supplier in the F046141 workfile using the Enter T5018 Workfile Adjustments program (P04610).

After you review the records in the F046141 table, you can use the Enter T5018 Workfile Adjustments program to add, change, or delete records.

If data is from a source outside of the EnterpriseOne system, you must first manually add the records to the F046141 workfile using the Enter T5018 Workfile Adjustments program. Then, you can review them using the same program. To be able to add a record from an outside source, you must use a supplier that has a valid address book record with a Person/Corporation Code value of 1, 2, 6, C, P, T or blank.
