Deduction Reason Codes (03B/CR)

You must assign a deduction reason code (03B/CR) when you create a deduction to indicate the reason that you entered it. Examples are:

• DA: Disputed amount

• DG: Damaged goods

• GR: Goods returned

• PD: Pricing discrepancy

• SS: Short shipment

• UD: Undefined claim
