Forms Used to Enter Additional Asset Information

Form Name	FormID	Navigation	Usage
Insurance Information	W12012A	Fixed Asset Master Information (G1211), Insurance Information Click Find on the Work With Assets form to view all assets and select an asset. Select Asset Master Info and then Insurance from the Row menu on the Work With Assets form.	Enter insurance information.
Financing Information	W12013A	Fixed Asset Master Information (G1211), Financing Information Click Find on the Work With Assets form to view all assets and select an asset. Select Asset Master and then Finance from the Row menu on the Work With Assets form.	Enter financing information.
Permit / License Information	W1206A	Fixed Asset Master Information (G1211), Master Information Click Find on the Work With Assets form to view all assets and select an asset. Select Asset Master Info and then Licenses from the Row menu on the Work With Assets form.	Enter permit and license information.
Work With Message Log	W1205D	Fixed Asset Master Information (G1211), Master Information Click Find on the Work With Assets form to view all assets and select an asset. Select Asset Master Info and then Message Log from the Row menu on the Work With Assets form.	Enter an asset message.
Message Log	W1205I	Click Add on the Work With Message Log form to enter a new message or enter an asset number to display messages and select a message to view in detail.	Enter an asset message.
Message Log	W1205I	Select a specific message and click Select on the Work With Message Log form.	Review an asset message.
