Understanding Accessing Equipment Information

If the asset is equipment, you can access equipment information that is managed by the Plant & Equipment Management system. On the Work With Assets form, select an asset, and then perform one of these actions from the Row menu:

• Select Equipment Info, and then select Like Equipment, to populate the Work With Assets form with category codes 1-10 for a specific asset and to find other assets that have the same values.

• Select Equipment Info, and then select WO Backlog, to review work order information for an asset.

• Select Equipment Info, and then select Equipment Backlog, to review equipment backlog information for an asset.

• Select Equipment Info, and then select PM Schedule, to review preventive maintenance schedules for an asset.

• Select Equipment Info, and then select PM History, to review preventive maintenance history for an asset.
