Inactivating Subledgers

You might need to make a subledger inactive. For example, if an employee takes a leave of absence, you can inactivate the employee's address book number to use as a subledger so that travel and entertainment expenses cannot be entered during the leave of absence. Or, when a project or job is on hold or is complete, you can inactivate a business unit from use as a subledger.
