Understanding the Budget Forecast Purge Programs

Because you can create multiple revisions of the same budget for different business units, you might want to manage the size of the tables that contain budget forecast data by running these programs:

• Purge Forecast Basis (R1403P).

  Purges all cash forecast basis records in the F1403.

• Purge Forecast Results (R1404P).

  Purges all header and detail results records in the F1404 and F14041 tables.
