1. Display Employee's Address Book Number

Use this processing option to specify whether to display employee Address Book numbers in the organization chart.

2 Allow Access to Employee Profile

Use this processing option to specify whether users can view the employee profile from the organization chart.

3. Allow Users to Send Email

Use this processing option to specify whether users can send email messages from the organization chart.

4. Display Employee Pictures

Use this processing option to specify whether to display employee pictures in the organization chart. The system uses the employee picture associated with the address book record and that is specified as the default image. If you leave this processing option blank, employee pictures are not displayed.

5. Display Users' Organization Chart on Entry

Use this processing option to specify whether to display your own personal hierarchy by default when you initiate the Employee Organization Chart application. If you leave this processing option blank, the system will not display anyone's hierarchy by default.

6. Display Requisitions with Open Positions

Use this processing option to specify whether to display the requisitions with open positions for the selected employee when you initiate the Employee Organization Chart application. If you leave this processing option blank, the system will not display the requisitions.
