Use this processing option to specify whether the full Social Security Number (SSN) should be displayed when a user views employee records.

1. Display Full SSN

Specify whether the system should display the View Full SSN check box on the Work With Employee Information form. Selecting the View Full SSN check box enables you to view the full SSN. Values are:

Blank or 0: Do not enable full view of SSN.

1: Enable full view of SSN.
