Select the Pay Type option in the PDBA Type area and click Add on the Work With PDBAs form.

Set up pay types.

Click the Search button on the Pay Type field on the Pay Type Revisions form.

Select a pay type and then select PDBA Recap from the Row menu on the PDBA Search & Select form.

Use one of these navigations:

Select a pay type on the Work With PDBAs form, and then select Tax Exemptions from the Row menu.

Select Tax Exemptions from the Form menu on the Pay Type Revisions form.

Review tax exempt pay types.

Select a tax type and select State/Local W-2 from the Form menu on the Tax Exemptions form.

Specify which tax areas to exempt for a tax type for a PDBA code.
