Process

1. Mode

Enter a value that specifies whether the process must be run in proof or final mode. Values are:

0: Proof Mode - The system prints the report without updating the employee's DBA instructions. Use the report to verify the DBA information before you process enrollments in the final mode.

1: Final Mode - The system prints the requested report and updates the database. Use this mode after you have verified the DBA information and are ready to update the employee’s DBA instructions.

2. Effective Date

Enter a value that specifies the effective date on which the Roth DBA begins. Leave this processing option blank to use the system date as the effective date.

3. Roth Start Date Option

Enter a value that specifies when the Roth DBA begins. Valid values are:

0: Start on the effective date.

1: Start at the beginning of the pay period of the effective date.

2: Start at the beginning of the next pay period following the effective date.

4. Age

Enter a value that specifies the minimum age for the employees to be considered. The employee's date of birth (DOB) is used to calculate the age. The age is always calculated as on the last day of the effective date’s year.

5. Social Security Wage Limit of Prior Year

Enter a value that specifies the wage limit. Employees who have earned wages equal to or more than the limit in the previous year is considered for the process.

6. Wages Considered

Enter a value that specifies the wages considered for the limit evaluation. Employees who earn more than this wage limit are considered for this process. Valid values are:

0: Gross Wages - The system considers the gross wages of the previous year.

1: Taxable Wages - The system considers the taxable wages (Gross - Excess - Excludable) of the previous year.

7. 401 KCU/ 457B DBA

Enter a value that specifies the 401K Catch Up/457B DBA used to list the employees to be considered for the process. This DBA ends if the employee meets the criteria.

8. 401KCU Plan ID

Enter a value that specifies the 401K Catch Up/457B plan considered for the process. This plan ends if the employee meets the criteria.

9. 401KCU Plan Additional Option

Enter a value that specifies the 401K Catch Up/457B plan option considered for the process. This plan option ends if the employee meets the criteria. This processing option is not a mandatory field.

10. Roth DBA

Enter a value that specifies the Roth DBA considered for this process. This DBA starts if the employee meets the criteria.

11. Roth Plan ID

Enter a value that specifies the Roth plan considered for the process. This plan starts if the employee meets the criteria.

12. Roth Plan Additional Option

Enter a value that specifies the Roth plan option considered for the process. This plan option starts if the employee meets the criteria. This processing option is not a mandatory field.
