On the Work With Applicants form, click Add.

Enter basic applicant information.

Disability and Veteran Status Responses

On the Work With Applicants form, select a record and then select Vet/Dis Responses from the Row menu.

View, add, update, or delete an applicant's disability and veteran status information.

Work With Employee Competency Gap Analysis

On the Applicant Information form, select Gap Analysis from the Form menu.

On Work With Employee Competency Gap Analysis, complete the desired fields and then click Find.

Compare the applicant competencies with the competencies that are required for a particular job.

Media Objects

On the Applicant Information form, select Attachment from the Form menu.

On the Media Objects form, click the Text button, enter the text, and then click Save.

Add text or media objects to applicant information. You can use this feature to attach a scanned copy of the applicant's resumé.

Address Book Revision

On the Applicant Information form, click OK. The Address Book Revision form appears.

On the Address Book Revision form, click OK.

Enter Address Book information for the applicant.

Applicant Information - National Data - Revisions

Enter country-specific information for an applicant.
