Individual Compensation Review

For HR administrators, Compensation Mgmt Periodic Processing (G08CM12), Compensation Review Workbench

For managers, Manager Self Service (G05BMSS1), Compensation Review Workbench

On the Work With HR Compensation Review Workbench form or the Work With Manager Compensation Review Workbench form, select either the Direct Reports or Direct and Indirect Reports option.

Complete the Supervisor field and click Find.

The tree structure on the left side of the detail area shows the management hierarchy.

Select the employee whose records you want to review or change from the right side of the detail area, and then select Ind Review from the Row menu.

Review and edit information on each tab, as necessary. Click Save and repeat these steps as necessary for each employee.

Enter salary recommendations for an individual employee.

Review current job information for the employee.

Enter new job information for the employee.

Review current and new salary information for the employee

Enter, edit, or review the employee performance appraisal information.

Enter, edit, or review competency overview information for an employee

Enter, edit, or review an employee tier or ranking information.

When you are finished reviewing and changing records, click Submiton the Work With Compensation Review Workbench form to submit the compensation recommendations that you made.

Click the Quick Entries button.

On the Quick Entries form select a group of employees who meet specific criteria.

Enter or edit compensation recommendations in the detail area for each employee.

Enter salary recommendations for groups of employees.

When you are finished reviewing and changing the compensation recommendations, click Submit on the Work with Compensation Review Workbench form.

For global compensation recommendations complete the Allow Zero Update, Increase Amount, or Increase Percent field, fully load the detail area by scrolling to the bottom, and then click Apply to Group.

Click Saveor Save Asto save the changes.

If you click Save As, select the Master, Private, or Public Model option, fill in a name and description if required, and click OK.
