You use this report for Affirmative Action reporting purposes to show that the organization provides equal opportunities for all of the applicants who apply to the organization. Managers can also use these reports to analyze hiring and promotion practices within the organization.

You can review applicants by EEO job categories and ethnic codes. The report shows which applicants were hired, as well as the total number of applicants from each EEO category who applied to the organization.
