Forms Used to Set Up URLs for Benefit Plans

Plans Within Categories	W08351B	Select Associated URLs from the Row menu.	Select a benefit plan.
Benefits Enrollment Plan/Option URL Address	W085540A	Click OK.	Do not change the user defined code PCP, that is defined for the URL type. Employee self-service software recognizes only PCP and Blank as valid values. The system displays the Plan Option and Add Optional Description columns only when a plan option exists.
