Understanding OFCCP Forms Setup

Employees can use the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne employee self-service programs to enter, review, and update the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305 that is published by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Employees can also use the self-service programs to self-identify themselves as protected veterans, as required under the amended regulations implementing the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).

Employees can access the Disability Status Disclose Form program (P085590) and the Veteran Status Disclose Form program (P085605) by clicking a link on their organization's intranet portal. To set up this access, use the Self-Service Process Flow Setup program (P05400) to create a process flow script. After creating the process flow script, link the Self-Service Director program (P05410) version that runs the script to the Web portal.

Employees can use the P085590 program to provide their disability status on the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Status form, and the P085605 program to self-identify themselves as protected veterans on the Voluntary Self-Identification of Protected Veteran Status form. The employees can use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the previous or next step that is defined in the process flow script.
