The Form 941 Schedule B report (R078506) is a supplement to the 941 Wage Detail List 1 report (R078500). The 941 Schedule B report summarizes the company's daily tax liability for these items:

  • Income tax withheld.

  • Employer-paid Social Security tax withheld.

  • Employee-paid Social Security tax withheld.

  • Employer-paid Medicare tax withheld.

  • Employee-paid Medicare tax withheld.
