Creating the Job Queue

To create the job queue:

1. Log on to the IBM i as the QSECOFR.

2. Enter this command:

   GO JDEOW\A98OWMNU 
   

3. From the menu, select this option:

   11 - Create Job Queue

4. To determine the unused sequence number, enter this command:

   DSPSBSD SBSD(QBATCH)
   

   Select the option for Job Queue Entries, and then record an unused sequence number.
