Pinging the Business Services Server
Access the Work with Service Configurations form.
In the grid area, highlight the server.
From the Row menu, select Change Status to activate the configuration.
From the Row menu, select Ping Server.
You receive a Ping message indicating whether the Ping test was successful or failed.
