Setting Up Next Numbers for Withholding Certificates
You set up temporary next numbers for traceability codes (for profit withholding certificates) in the standard software Next Numbers program (P0002). The system uses the temporary next numbers when you run the F2003 Profit Withholding to External Beneficiaries (R76A4005) and the S.U.S.S. TXT File- Withholding Information (R76A4002) programs.
After you submit the report to the fiscal authorities and receive the official traceability code in return, you use the Withholding Certificates Legal Number Maintenance - 76A program (P76A001) to relate the internal certificate number with the certificate number issued by the AFIP.
