Setting Up a Customer Mailing Address for NFes

Access the Address Book Additional Information - Brazil, and then access the NFe Mailing Address tab.

Note: You must select the Override AB Address check box to have the system enable the fields on the NFe Mailing Address tab.

Note: All fields are required in the XML except for the country. If you do not complete a field that is required in the NFe XML file, the system allows you to override the warning message and save the address book record. However, if you attempt to generate the NFe XML file and the required values are not in the F76011BR table, the NFe file generation will end in error.
