Setting Up Web Service Soft Coding Records

Set up Web Service Soft Coding Records to provide the truststore and userstore passwords used for NFe processing. At runtime, the system retrieves these passwords from masked dynamic variables.

To create the soft coding records:

  • From the Soft Coding Administration menu (GH90906), select Soft Coding Records (P954000).
  • On Work with Web Service Soft Coding Records (W954000A), click Add.
  • On the Web Service Soft Coding Record form, specify the User / Role and Environment Name.
  • Create the required soft coding records using the following keys and password tokens.

Note: Configure the records as follows:

  • For each company, replace COMPANY with the company number in the company-related record names, such as J76B0021_TRUSTSTORE_00200.

  • Configure J76B0021_USERSTORE_BLANK and J76B0021_TRUSTSTORE_BLANK once, as specified in the table above. This mandatory setup applies across all companies and does not need to be repeated for each company.

Note: Refer to this as an example for setting up the soft coding key table:
  • User/Role: *PUBLIC
  • Environment: <Env>
  • Soft Coding Key: J76B0021_TRUSTSTORE_00200
  • Soft Coding Description: Trust Store for Company 00200
  • Soft Coding Value:
