Understanding the Brazil Tax Reform Event Workbench Program (P76B041)
Use the Enter Events program (P76B041) to create, review, and maintain Brazil tax reform event records. The system stores event header values in the Brazil Tax Reform Event Header table (F76B041) and event detail values in the Brazil Tax Reform Event Detail table (F76B042).
In add mode, the system can default these values from processing options:
-
Author Application Version
-
Event Layout Version
When you enter an Event ID, the system validates the value against F76B029 and retrieves the event description from the event setup. If the event does not exist in F76B029, the system issues an error. When you enter an Original Event ID for cancellation processing, the system also validates that value against F76B029.
The Header form includes common fields for all event types. When you enter an event ID, additional fields are enabled or disabled based on the event ID. For example, when you select event 112110, the system enables the Full Payment Indicator field and disables the other event-specific fields. The common header fields remain enabled for all events. The system uses these rules:
-
For event 112110, the system enables the Full Payment Indicator field.
-
For event 211128, the system enables the Agreement Indicator field.
-
For events 212110 and 212120, the system enables the Acceptance Indicator field.
-
For events 412120 and 412130, the system enables the Acceptance Indicator, Reason Code, and Reason Description fields.
-
For event 110001, the system enables the Original Event ID and Authorization Protocol Number fields.
-
For event 112150, the system enables the Estimated Delivery Date field.
