Printing GST on Freight in India GST Invoice

After running the Freight Update report (R4981), run the Invoice Print program (R42565) in final mode to generate the invoice number and update the GST tax amounts in the GST Tax File table (F75I807). When you run the R42565 program, the system launches the Tax Invoice program (R75I809) for domestic transactions and the Export Invoice program (R75I810) for export transactions. These reports display the GST amounts from the F75I868 table for every line that has freight associated with it. The system determines the GST based on the SAC code that you defined using the P4950 or P49501 program. For intermodal entries, the reports display multiple freight lines and the corresponding GST taxes.

The R75I809 and R75I810 programs print the invoice information in a format that meets the regulatory tax invoice requirement and includes the lines for GST on freight.

Note: For sales, you generate the electronic invoice using the electronic invoice template. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne also supports electronic invoice to display GST on freight.
