The information that you enter in the pre-defined fields listed in this tab is always a single character.

Generate Electronic Invoice

The system does not use this information for companies, so you can leave this field blank. Only the option selected for the customer or supplier enables the generation of electronic invoices. The system ignores any value that you enter in this field when you generate electronic invoices for italian legal documents.

Customer Resident Status

Select a value from the Resident Status (74Y/RS) UDC table to specify the resident status of a customer. Values are:

  • 0: Resident of Italy and doing business in Italy

  • 1: Non-resident in Italy but doing a prevalent and permanent business in Italy.

  • 2: Non-resident in Italy but working with a resident tax representative to do business in Italy.
