Classifying Transactions by Item Number and Tax Rate Area

Access the Update Multi Purpose VAT Classification form:

Tax/Rate Area

Enter a tax rate area from the Tax Area/Rate table (F4008) to specify the tax rate area to associate with the item.

Short Item Number

Enter the item number (short) from the Item Master or a number that identifies a group of items based on a tax rate area.

This field is not mandatory. You can classify transactions using Tax Rate Areas only.

SP Class

Enter a Multi Purpose VAT Classification code from the Multi Purpose Classification (74Y/SP) UDC table to specify how the value should be informed in the Yearly List or Spesometro file.
