Services Tab

You complete the fields on this tab for both customers and suppliers.

Note: You must complete these fields for the Italian Intrastat for services report. You do not need to complete it for the Black List Declaration, the Yearly List, or the San Marino Purchases Declaration.
Method of Supply

Enter the value that identifies how often the service is provided or received. The value that you enter must exist in the Method of Supply (74Y/MS) UDC table. Values are:

  • I: Immediate, when the service is provided in a single supply.
  • R: At different times, when the service is supplied at different times.
Service Expl. Code (service explanation code)

Enter the value from the Service Explanation Code (74Y/SX) UDC table to specify the service class provided or received in the transaction.
