Understanding Setup for the Italy VAT Reports and Electronic Invoices

You must complete additional setup for Italy for your purchase and sales transactions before you can generate electronic invoices or before you generate reports for:

• Intrastat

• Yearly List (Spesometro) sections for the Multi-Purpose VAT Communication

• Black List Declaration sections for the Multi-Purpose VAT Communication

Note: For the San Marino Purchases Declaration, the only setup that you need to complete is to assign the ISO country code SM (San Marino) to suppliers located in San Marino.

Information that you need to set up includes:

• UDC tables.
