After the Platform Pack is installed, in order to perform package builds for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, you must install these Microsoft products and configure the JDE.INI file with their locations:

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2013

• Microsoft Software Development Kit for Windows 8.1
