Prerequisites

• You must have a database installed and configured.

  If your existing database is not UTF-8 format, you will get a warning message that you can ignore.

  If you are installing a new database, set it to use UTF-8 format.

• You must alter these Oracle database parameters:

  • Alter system set processes=500 scope=spfile

  • Alter system set open_cursors=800 scope=spfile

  • Restart database before running RCU
