The system provides project managers with a more accurate overall projected project financial status with more detailed and auditable visibility into the remaining work on a project. The Advanced Job Forecasting system provides users with:

• Real-time visibility of job financials.

  Users can review job financial information including, original budgets, revised budgets, actuals, open commitments, pending change requests, forecasted remaining work, estimate at completion and estimate to complete amounts and units.

• The ability to accurately track remaining job work by job task or phase.

  Users can enter and review remaining detailed labor tasks, remaining materials required to complete tasks within a job, and other costs.

• The ability to accurately assess remaining job costs through current and forecasted unit rates.

  Users can select the method of computation for each cost code that best enables them to enter accurate forecast data for that piece of the job or project.
