Prerequisites

Before using the Create Job Forecast program:

  • Active the Advanced Job Forecasting system. See Activating the Advanced Job Forecasting System.

  • Define forecast ledger types for revised estimate at completion (EAC), revised estimate to complete (ETC), to-be-committed (TBC), and forecasted budget (FB) in UDC table (09/LT).

  • Set the processing options for the program.

  • Create a job and the associated cost code structure.
