Assigning a Not-to-Exceed Rule to a Contract Master

Access the Contract Master Revisions form. Select the Min/NTE Amts tab.

The not-to-exceed fields are available only if the Not To Exceed Control check box is selected on the Service Billing Constants program (P48091). The not-to-exceed fields are disabled if the contract is in an active invoice batch.
