Second-Level Search

When the system does not find a markup table entry during the first-level search, then the system continues searching. In this second search for payroll markup information, the system uses job step, job type, pay type, home business unit, and cost pool:

Note: Employee number, home business unit, and cost pool are mutually exclusive and cannot be used in any combination for the second search.
