Deleting Personal Reports

You have the option to delete personal reports if you no longer need them. The Delete option deletes the report definition, data model, and report layout. After the report is deleted, it no longer appears under Personal in the One View menu. Shared or reserved reports must be deleted by a system administrator.

To delete a personal report:

  1. Access a One View Reporting-enabled form.

  2. From the One View menu, select Manage Reports.

  3. Select a personal report.

  4. On the Report Definition tab, click the Delete icon.

    The following message appears: "Are you sure that you want to delete the selected report?

  5. Click OK to delete the report.
