Contents of Export File for Statement Definitions

When you create an export file for statement definitions, the system includes all of the components associated with the statement definition. For example, the system includes all of the row and column definitions in the statement definition; the statement versions and layouts, if any, associated with the statement definition; and the data selection associated with the exported components.

This list describes the components included in the export file for statement definitions:

  • XML files for each of the financial statement components associated with a the statement definition.

    Statement definitions have associated row definitions, and if applicable for the row definition type, they also have associated column definitions. Along with the F09330.xml file that includes the statement definition information, the export file includes an F09310.xml file of all of the row definitions associated with the statement definition and an F09320.xml file of the column definitions associated with the statement definition. If the statement definition has associated statement versions, the export file also include an F09340.xml file.

  • An .xml file for the data selection associated with the row and column definitions, and with the statement version.

    The .xml file named F952471.xml includes the data selection for each row and column definition, and each statement version in the export file. If no data selection is associated with any row or column definition or any statement versions, then the system does not include the P952471.xml file in the export file.

  • The data model.

    If the statement definition that you export has an associated data model, the data model is included in the export file with an .xdmz file extension. The system creates data models when you add layouts to versions. If you did not add a layout to a version, then no data model exists and the export file does not include the .xdmz file.

  • The layout.

    If layouts exist for the statement definition, the layouts are included in the export file with file extensions of .xdoz and .xdmz.

  • Readme.txt

    The readme.txt file includes a list of all of the components in the zip file.
