Example of Financial Statement Output for Data Row Definition Type With No Grouping Elements

Suppose that you set up several data row definitions without grouping elements to place in a section of your statement. For each row definition, you specify a title and data selection. The data selection encompasses the accounts that correspond to the title of each row definition.

When you generate your statement, the system will write a line on the statement for each row definition. Each row will include the total of the account balances identified in the data selection for each column associated with the row definition on the statement definition.
