Process Flow to Create Column Definitions

To create a column definition, access the Revise Column Definition form and follow these steps:

  1. Enter the required attributes for the column definition.

  2. Enter optional attributes.

  3. Define the data selection (optional).

    See Adding Data Selection to Column Definitions (Optional).

  4. Associate Financial Statements category codes with the column definition (optional).

  5. Set the column definition status.

  6. Save the column.
