Statement Statuses and Error Handling

Each record on the One View Completed Financial Statements form includes an OVFS run status. You can view the status to determine if the financial statement generation completed successfully. The system assigns the status; you cannot change the value.

The following list describes the OVFS run statuses:

  • 1: Statement Run in Progress

  • 2: Statement Run Completed

  • 3: Statement Opened

  • 4: Statement Run Failed

If you run a statement that ends in an error, the system sends the error message to the Work Center.
