Deleting a Printer Mapping Record

Access the Report Definition application (P95620).

Note:

Alternatively, you can access the Report Definition Printer Mappings application by entering P95621 in the Fast Path field.

1. Select a report definition in the grid, and then click the Select button.

2. On the Update Report Definition form, from the Form menu, select Burst/Delivery.

3. Click the Data Driven Printer Mapping button.

4. On the Data Driven Printing form, delete the appropriate printer delivery mapping record.

   Note:

   If you attempt to delete a printer mapping record that is used by a report definition, the system displays a message to advise you that the mapping record cannot be deleted.

5. Click OK to return to the Bursting and Delivery form.
