Using Mapping Guidelines

Mapping is the process of converting information from one table structure to another. At a minimum, these fields in the interface table must contain data before you can effectively convert the inbound claim acknowledgments:

• EDI Document Number (Z1EDOC).

• EDI Document Type (Z1EDT).

• EDI Transaction Set (Z1EDST), 845 for claim acknowledgments.

• Branch/Plant (Z1MCU) with which the agreement was established.

• Supplier Number (Z1ANS8).

• Supplier Agreement Number (Z1AGNB).

• Ship and Debit Agreement Name (Z1AST).

• Ship and Debit Agreement Type (Z1AGTY).

• Order Number (Z1DOCO).

• Order Type (Z1DCTO).

• Key Company (Z1KCOO).

• Customer Number (Z1AN8).

• Claim Number (Z1CLNR).

• Claim Amount (Z1CLAD).

• Second Item Number (Z1LITM).

• Quantity (Z1QYCL).

• Maximum Authorized Quantity (Z1MAQY).
