Understanding the Lot Master Status - Mass Update Program (R41087)

The system enables you to update the lot status code for the Lot Master table using the R41087 program. The lot status code is available in the Lot Master table (F4108). This status code can be used to update the lot status code in Ithe tem Location table (F41021).

You can hold all the items in one lot or hold multiple lots for the same item by using the Lot Master program (P4108).

To hold all the items in one lot or hold multiple lots for the same item:

1. Use the P4108 program to search for the records. Select the records to be updated.
2. Select Speed Lot Update from the Row menu. The system will display Speed Lot Update on a seperate window.
3. Select status code and enter the desired hold code in the status code field.
