Understanding JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management for Project Manufacturing

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management helps you manage the sales process from the time a customer service representative takes an order until payment is received from the customer.

The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management system integrates with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Project Manufacturing to support production controlled items.

The process flow for Sales Order Management for Project Manufacturing uses many of the same programs as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management. The process flow consists of these steps:

  1. Enter a sales order (P4210 or P42101).

  2. Print a pick slip (R42520).

  3. Confirm shipment (P4205).

  4. Print an invoice (R42565).

  5. Run sales update (R42800).
