Completing Master Work Orders for Style Items

Access the Work Order Completions Matrix Entry form.

To complete master work orders for style items:

1. Complete fields in the master work order completions header, as required.

   The system displays a matrix, which enables you to enter completed quantities.

   Note:

   The system populates the Country of Origin field with the default value from the Address Book master of the Header Business unit.

   If you are completing a work order for a new lot, and the item/branch requires a country of origin, the system uses the value of country of origin through this field. The system displays an error if you leave the field blank. If you are completing the work order for an existing lot, and the value of country of origin in the form is different from the value in Lot Master, the system displays an error.

2. Enter a value in the Qty Completed (quantity completed) and Qty Scrapped (quantity scrapped) fields for each child style item.

3. Click OK to validate the master work order completion.
