Prerequisites

Before you complete the tasks in this section:

  • Set the processing options for the version of the Order Processing program that you specify in the Order Processing (R31410) processing option of the Work Order Processing for Style Items program.

    See "Setting Processing Options for the Order Processing Program (R31410)" in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Shop Floor Management Implementation Guide.

  • Set the Purchase Order Entry (P4310) processing option on the Versions tab of the Order Processing program (R31410) to support outside operations.

  • Set the following processing options for the Purchase Order Entry version that you specify to generate purchase orders for outside operations:

    • Set the Order Type processing option on the Defaults tab to OO for outside operations.

    • Set the Line Type processing option on the Defaults tab to X for outside processing.

    • Set the Business Unit Validation processing option on the Interfaces tab to 1.
