Setting Up Price List Exchange Rates for Style Items

Access the Price List Exchange Rate Detail form.

  1. Enter a currency in the From Currency field.

    The system automatically displays the currency of the company in this field.

  2. Enter a currency in the To Currency field.

  3. Enter the date from which the conversion rate becomes effective in the Effective Date column.

  4. Enter the conversion rate to use to convert from the currency code to the target currency in the Exchange Rate column.

    You can enter several different exchange rates with effective dates. The system uses the exchange rate with the preceding effective date closest to the system date.

  5. Click OK.
