Copying Parts Lists from Existing Work Orders

Access the Copy Screen form.

Enter the Work Order Number that has the parts list that you want to copy and click OK.

Using the Copy from WO form exit, if you copy a parts list that has multiple lines for the same item due to lot/serial numbers or locations:

• The required quantities are consolidated based on the Component Item, Component Branch, and Operation Sequence fields.

• Text and non-stock items will not be consolidated.

• For consolidation of parts lines that do not have the same Unit Of Measure (UOM), then the primary UOM of the component item is used.
